If no stud fee was paid, and puppy or puppies are to be picked in-lieu of payment, the following
applies:
A) Stud dog owner will choose pick puppy or puppies by the 4th wk of birth.
B) Pick puppy or puppies will retain and carry "Joe Bully Oldies" as its kennel name.
C) No pups will be sold or leave the owner of the females possession until the stud owner has chosen his pick pups.
2) The "Stud Owner/Agent" guarantees that the stud is potent, and that a mating was achieved on the above dates.

4) The OWNER of the BITCH is responsible for any and all veterinary and financial arrangements, including, but not
limited to, traveling expenses, emergency vet care, and etc. Initial here: __________
5) No breeding will take place until the OWNER of the BITCH has supplied to the OWNER of the STUD:
1. A photocopy of BITCH'S Kennel Club Registration
2. A three-generation pedigree
6) By this contract it is specifically agreed that the stud dog owner is not obligated to sign the application for registration
of this litter, until, and unless, the stud fee has been paid in full, or in case of a puppy or puppies (in-lieu of the stud fee)
the stud dog owner has taken possession of the puppy or puppies as previously agreed.

7) In order to assure myself of the pregnancy of the bitch, the right to see and examine her is hereby
granted.

The dam must meet the following requirements to qualify for breeding to stud and breeding will not
take place until the requirements are met:
(1) Be of good temperament
(2) The dam must be going into her 2nd heat at the earliest or be at least two years old
(3) Must be free of Hip Dyspepsia.
(4) The dam should be groomed, bathed, and dipped for fleas before she is shipped or brought to us to be bred.
(5) The bitch must be in good health as evidenced by a recent veterinary examination, that must include the following &
proof must be given to stud owner
A current Brucellosis test.
A current vaginal cytology demonstrating if any bacterial diseases are present in the vagina that may cause venereal
diseases or problems conceiving.
A list of current vaccinations.
Medical Information and veterinarian’s name and phone number in case of an emergency
Terms and Conditions
Three breedings will be attempted. The stud fee is non-refundable. Joe Bully Oldies guarantees at least one actual tie
mating will occur.
If the dam fails to conceive, a return service at no charge will be provided for the dam if the owner notifies us in writing
within fourteen days after the scheduled whelping date with a written statement by certified Vet.

Joe Bully Oldies will supply copies of WBA, IOEBA, and NBA Registration Certificates, pedigree, copy of current
Brucellosis test, and photographs showing front, rear, and side pictures of the Stud.
We will also advertise the pups and will aid in the placing of the puppies that result in this mating into good homes.
(1) The owner of the dam warrants that this dam has not been exposed to any stud dog prior to her arrival and that she
will be protected from such exposure after her return home.

(2) The owner of the dam hereby releases Sherri Kay Miller and their household from any and all liabilities and/or
damages to said dam while in care of Joe Bully Oldies for breeding.

(3) By this contract it is specifically agreed that the stud owner is not obligated to sign the application registration of this
litter, until, and unless, the stud fee has been paid in full, in case of pick puppy/puppies in-lieu of stud fee, the stud dog
owner has taken possession of the puppy/puppies previously agreed.

(4) There will be NO refunds of cash, we may allow a different female if this female becomes unbreedable, to be
determined by owner of stud.

(5) The owner of the dam is responsible for any and all veterinary and financial agreements, including but not limited to
traveling expenses, emergency vet care, etc. You authorize us to attend to the medical needs of your dam in case of
emergency, and agree to be responsible for any and all charges incurred.

(6) The dam should arrive 7 days after she first spots and will stay until we feel there has been a series of successful
breedings.

(7) In order to assure myself of the pregnancy of the dam, the right to see and examine her is hereby granted. Stud
dog owner will be notified within 24 hours after the litter is whelped, concerning size and condition of the litter. It is
agreed between the stud owner and the owner of the dam that puppies from this litter will be sold by the owner of the
dam, and sale of the puppies WILL NOT be made to any owner, employee, agent, or any other individual connected with
a pet shop, specialty shop, or wholesaler of dogs. Wholesaler meaning any individual that buys puppies in litter lots for
their own resale, trades, puppies for articles, sells pups by the litter, etc.

(8) Owner of the dam agrees to be responsible for the offspring of this breeding, screen buyers and place the puppies
in the best home possible and further agrees to take back any puppy from this litter and place them if the
purchaser/owners can no longer keep them. The dams owner agrees not to knowingly let any puppies resulting from
this breeding, be place in a shelter/dog pound, or pet shop.
