| Deposits Read Carefully |
| We will require a Non Refundable deposit of $500 and a signed copy of our contract to hold your puppy. Buyers will need to print out a copy of our contract, fill in the name or number of the puppy you want, and sign it. Once we receive your contract, we will fill in the rest, sign it, and send a copy back to you for your records. The deposits are NON REFUNDABLE, and are required to hold your puppy for you until the puppy is ready to leave our home at 8 weeks old. The $350 deposit is taken out of the price of the puppy, and the remaining balance and shipping costs if any will be due at 6 weeks of age. We will not accept deposits on puppies after 8 weeks of age. At 8 weeks of age, puppies must be paid for in full. Please call us at 870-404-8267 BEFORE sending a deposit. We will start taking deposits on pups when they are 1 week old. Pups are chosen in the order the deposits are received. Seller always has first choice and or "Pick" of the litter. The puppy will be marked as "on Hold" for five (5) days, waiting for the deposit. After five (5) days with no deposit, the puppy will be put back for sale. Once the deposit is received the puppy will be marked as Sold Payments Our preferred payment method is Paypal. Please send your deposit or payment to: joebullyoldies@yahoo.com if using Paypal. You do not need a paypal account to pay via credit card with paypal. Just go to paypal.com click on send a payment. Paypal will walk you through the steps. It is secure and very reliable. Paypal payments can take up to four (4) business days to clear. We will accept Western Union wire transfer's, Bank Transfer's, Wire transfer's through Wal Mart, and or Cash. Again deposits are NON REFUNDABLE, except in the case of premature death, prior to the delivery of the puppy to you. In that instance any monies accrued will be refunded to you, or can be transferred to a future litter If you change your mind and do not or cannot take your puppy, you forfeit your deposit or you may choose to have it transferred to a future litter There will be a $35.00 per week boarding charge,if buyer is not able to pick up puppy before 10 weeks of age. Two weeks with no attempt to make pick up or shipping arrangements with us, and the buyer will forfeit the puppy and any deposits or payments made on the puppy, unless other arrangements are made with Joe Bully Oldies. |
